MAHARAJ BRAHM SAGAR BRAHMA NAND BURIWALE GARIBDASSI

The Maharaj Bhuriwale Garib Dassi Education Trust Regd. Pojewal, H.O. Tapprian Khurd, P.O. Chandiani Khurd,Tehsil Balachaur, Distt. Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar (Pb.) was registered in the office of Sub Registrar Balachaur in 1984 vide Registration No. 509 dated 18.06.84. It is a charitable trust and donations are exempted under the Section80 of the Income Tax Act 1961. It is managing 9 Institutions under Distt Nawanshahr, Hoshiarpur, Ropar and Ludhiana. The trust also organizes 5 medical and Eye camps every year in these areas.
The following institutions have been founded by the Trust:

1. Maharaj Bhuriwale Garib Dassi College, Pojewal, Tehsil Balachaur, Distt. S.B.S. Nagar which was taken over by Punjab Government in the year 1986-1987. The Trust donated 15 acres of land along with building to Punjab Govt.
2. Maharaj Brahma Nand Bhuriwale Garib Dassi Gokal Gaur Girls College & Collegiate School, Rattewal, Tehsil Balachaur, Distt. S.B.S. Nagar which is affiliated to Panjab University Chandigarh & P.S.E.B. Mohali.
3. Maharaj Brahma Nand Bhuriwale Garib Dassi Rana Gajender Chand Girls College & Collegiate School, Mansowal, Tehsil Garhshankar, Distt. Hoshiarpur which is affiliated to Panjab University Chandigarh & P.S.E.B. Mohali
4. Maharaj Brahma Nand Bhuriwale Garib Dassi Rana Gajender Chand Girls College of Education, Mansowal, Tehsil Garhshankar, Distt. Hoshiarpur.

13. The Trust got Sanctioned Jawahar Navodaya Vidayala, Pojewal, Tehsil Balachaur, Distt. S.B.S. Nagar from Govt. of India and the Trust donated 30 acres Land.
